Request account deletion
Findings is operated by UNIT01 d.o.o.. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
This page explains how to delete your account in the Findings mobile app or on the web, what data is removed, what may be retained for a limited time, and how to contact us if you cannot sign in.
Delete in the app (recommended)
You must be signed in to delete your account from within the Service.
Android or iOS app
- Open the Findings app and sign in
- Go to the You tab → Settings
- Scroll to Account
- Tap Delete account and all data
- Type delete to confirm, then confirm deletion
Web app
- Sign in at getfindings.com
- Open Settings from the app navigation
- Scroll to Account
- Select Delete account and all data

If you have an active Google Play or App Store subscription, cancel it in your store account before deleting your Findings account. Deleting your Findings account does not automatically cancel store billing.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email hello@unit01.dev from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my Findings account". Include enough information for us to verify your identity (registered email address). We aim to complete verified deletion requests without undue delay.

Data deleted when you delete your account
When deletion completes, we remove or anonymise your personal data from our primary systems, including:
- Account credentials and profile (email, display name, date of birth, sex, country, preferences)
- Health profile (conditions, surgeries, family history, medications, risk factors, health goals)
- Laboratory uploads, OCR extraction rows, and confirmed biomarker history
- Daily tracker definitions and readings
- AI chat conversations, cached AI overviews, and AI Health Context memories (including embeddings)
- Retest reminders, notification preferences, and push tokens stored for your account
- Subscription linkage in our database (entitlement status via RevenueCat is also cleared on our side where applicable)
Data that may be kept after deletion
- Encrypted database backups — rolling backups may retain deleted data for a limited period before they expire
- Security and API access logs — typically retained up to 90 days for operations and incident investigation unless a longer period is required
- Subscription and payment records — minimal records retained as required for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention (we do not store full payment card numbers)
- Legal hold — data we must preserve when required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Raw lab report files are removed from storage after successful OCR while your account is active; see our Privacy Policy for upload retention. After account deletion, structured health data in the database is removed as described above.
